Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
  • 1 pound macaroni noodles
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup pasta water.

Instructions

  1. Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil in a large stock pot.
